MacosFileProviderItem

Struct MacosFileProviderItem

Source
pub struct MacosFileProviderItem { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Fully owned File Provider item snapshot returned across the bridge.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MacosFileProviderItem

Source

pub fn from_cloud_item( item: &CloudItem, root_key: &CloudItemKey, ) -> Result<Self>

Converts a core item into an owned File Provider snapshot scoped to one exact root.

root_key determines both the root item role and whether a direct child’s parent must use Apple’s root system identifier instead of an ordinary encoded item identifier.

§Errors

Returns an error when validation fails or an underlying backend, store, or platform operation fails.

Source

pub const fn identifier(&self) -> &MacosFileProviderIdentifier

Returns the persistent item identifier.

Source

pub const fn parent_identifier(&self) -> &MacosFileProviderIdentifier

Returns the current parent identifier.

Source

pub fn filename(&self) -> &str

Returns the current display filename.

Source

pub const fn kind(&self) -> MacosFileProviderItemKind

Returns the item kind.

Source

pub const fn size(&self) -> u64

Returns the logical content size, or zero for directories.

Source

pub const fn version(&self) -> &MacosFileProviderItemVersion

Returns separate metadata/content versions for regular files.
